This is going to be a journey, it wonโt be easy, and you might want to give up halfway. You need to know why you are doing this, what will be the outcome, and how it will benefit you. During the challenging times, you need to have the answer ready to remind yourself why this is important to you.

This is a good first step to not only clean out your closet, house, garage, and anywhere else you keep things, but also because itโs a good way to see how deeply you are attached to certain things. It will show you how you feel when you are letting things go. Letting go of physical items should be quite easy in comparison to mental or emotional attachments. So start off with the basics.

This can go back to setting the intentions for the day post. You need to be clear, organized, and practical on how to spend the hours of your day. What are the important things you need to accomplish? What are the things that you absolutely must do because they affect you on a daily basis and are of high importance?
One thing not to do is to add 100 items on your tasks to accomplish and think you are actually going to do it. You will be disappointed, trust me. Do this for months and what do you get? You, believing you, due to obvious reasoning that you cannot be trusted, you donโt fulfill your own promises, you never finish what you say you will, and you are lying daily to yourself. How awful is that! So, keep it realistic, clear, and attainable.
