Here are 4 simple steps to help you start eating mindfully:

1. Use your own body’s cues as to when you are feeling hunger, not the clock. ⏰

3. Slow down while you eat, take note as your body lets you know when you are starting to feel satisfied, and need to stop. 🛑

4. Reflect on how you feel after your meal, and notice if there are changes to be made for your next meal.
